Guided Meditation led by Peter Lumsden

Meditation has a long history of practice within the Christian tradition, with proven benefits of a deepening of one's experience of the presence of God, enhancing self awareness, and reducing stress and anxiety.

This may be of particular value to us during this time of isolation. Every Monday evening beginning 20 April, 7.00 - 7.30pm using ‘Zoom’
